Monday after the game is expected to be an extremely busy departure day.

Place souvenir programs in your carry-on, not your checked bag, and remove the program for screening.

From 3 a.m. Saturday, February 4, through 3 a.m. Wednesday, February 14, Terminal 1 RTC bus routes will temporarily move to Terminal 3. Visit the RTC website for route information.

With the big game taking place at Allegiant Stadium on the Strip, traffic impacts are expected.

If you're picking up arriving passengers, avoid traffic on the airport roadways and wait for them in the Cell Phone Lot, then use the numbered columns at Passenger Pickup to designate a meeting place.

Parking is in high demand. Consider all transportation options for getting to and from the airport.
Off-site, long-term parking is available across from the Airport Rental Car Center, (7140 Gilespie St.) , with shuttle service to both terminals. Allow 30 additional minutes if parking here.

No unattended vehicles.
No dwelling; immediate loading and unloading only.
Meet and greet should be conducted by company representatives inside the terminal. Passengers and baggage should be ready for immediate pickup.
Companies are required to coordinate pickup and dropoff with their dispatch and customers.
Vehicles must display authorized credentials (AVI transponder or special event temporary permit).
All rules and regulations will be strictly enforced.
Common use tables will be available on Level Zero of both terminals on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one company representative per table. Tables will be shared by two companies during customer arrivals only.
